What types of clients do you work with?
Our clients are organizations who need help with finding accomplished attorneys to join their team as in-house counsel.
We are not limited to any specific geography, industry, or size of organization, and our favorite clients appreciate our expertise and commitment to integrity in every aspect of the search.
Do you help individual attorneys find new roles?
Parnell Hunter does not work directly with attorneys as clients to assist them in finding a new role. We do, however, embrace introductory networking discussions with attorneys who would like to establish a connection to our firm. We enjoy this process very much, as establishing genuine connections is one of our guiding values as a firm.
We are also connected to other executive search firms and professionals in the industry, so even if we are not currently working on an engagement that aligns with your experience, we may know of a role that could be a fit for you.

How much do you charge?
We are a retained executive search firm, so we work exclusively with our clients until we complete their search.
